Follow these three basic steps for the profit tax return

Do you want to file the income tax return for your company or your client?
Step 1
Go to url: online.belastingdienst.cw
Profit tax Curacao
Follow the instructions to create your account.
The system will request you to enter
- a username
- an email address
- a pin code
- the tax id of the company for which you want to file your tax return
Upload the requested documentation.
After you’ve done this, access to the system for the filing will be granted. The granting process can take a few hours up to approximately 2 days. If you do not receive a response, it is best to contact the Curaçao tax authorities.
Step two
Have the financial statements in IFRS format or Dutch Gaap and supporting documents ready.
Each in a separate pdf file!
Step three
Have ready the name and the address of the director of the company, the accountant, and the ultimate beneficiaries. Double check to make sure all information is correct.
Step four
Complete the online filing form. Once the information of the company is uploaded the system will calculate the tax payable.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail of the tax payable.
Remember to pay on time, to avoid penalties
